The man on 125th St kept repeating himself, yelling for everyone to hear, "I saw it from across the street! That's a BEAUtiful dress! From across the street I SAW it! That's a BEAUTIFUL DRESS!...", until Celia, the beauty in the dress, realized she was who he was talking to, and thanked him.
