the crochet dress

AKA, the crochet drawstring skirt I found years ago at Monk Thrift Shop's east village location , on 1st ave near 3rd st. I had fabric of the same color, so I made some straps and added them on.
My roommate at the time: "What?! Only $7?!"
Alas, Monk's east village location closed.  But I read that there are others.  Have you been to any of them?
